What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Getting A Positive Pregnancy Test?

hi doctors i just want an explain the sick time passed 12 days i made check baby test it gave me ona dark red and the other was found but not so clear i thought am pregnant but 2 days later and i started bleeding but till now i feel some signs of pregnancy is that normal and if am not pregnant why the test gave me positive answer?
