What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having Sex?

After having sex was spotting for a day or 2 woke up in the middle of the night the next night and was bleeding a lot and have been for the past 2 day. I thought it was my period but coming back but not sure cuz It just ended 10 days ago and I just recently went on micronor 10 days ago
