Hello and welcome to HCM,
Vaginal bleeding after having sex is not indicative of pregnancy.
vaginal bleeding can occur due to vaginal inflammation, cervical inflammation, cervical erosion, endometrial inflammation or growth anywhere in the genital tract.
The cause of vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse should be found out and should be managed.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
