What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having Sexual Intercourse?

I recently had very rough sex and it hurt really bad. After we were done there was a lot of blood. Then the day after that happened i was still bleeding. Then 2 days later after that i was bleeding brown mushie stuff. We had sex again 5 days after we first did it and the day after that i started bleeding again. Now everyday since then i have bleed a lot and today the blood is super heavy, thick, and a deep red color. What is going on with me? Did he damage something inside of me?
