What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Inserting Finger In Vagina?

hi.. sir last year i fingered my girlfriend and the blood came out of her vagina.. at that moment i stopped fingering her.. does that mean her hymen is broken/raptured now? Will she bleed again.. because we are not involved in serious relation and she is to marry after couple of months. I need your guidance please.
