Hi dr am 30yrs old and am diagonsed as fibroid utreus 1yr back and inder went surgery myomectoy .i have inserted mirena for9months but now am having bleeding i want asuggestion i told 3days injection transaminic acid iv but still i have bleeding i need a. suggestion from u

I have gone through your query. Mirena IUD can cause spotting and heavy bleeding during periods. This is usual in the beginning. If it last longer then get yourself examined by a gynecologist. Infections and tubal pregnancy should be ruled out.
