General & Family Physician 's  Response
there are many reasons for vaginal bleeding after intercourse
some of them include
1. damage in the vaginal wall during intercourse or small tears in the vagina due to child birth.
2. cervical or endometrial polyps
3 infections like pelvic inflamatory disease
4. dry vagina or atopic vaginitis caused by reduced menstrual secretions after menopause.
so i want you to discuss such things to your gynecologist so that she can come to a proper conclusion
hope this finds useful
