OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding after intercourse can be due to local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and get properly treated.
Pain in lower abdomen can be associated with this bleeding or can be a different entity. For this you should get a ultrasound done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
