What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

i have been on cerazette for four months and seem to be bleedin all the time . when i do have a break as soon as i have sex i start bleedin again it is not really heavy but i always have to use something the doctors have givin me a clamydia test as its all clear what else could it be ???
