What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

Gave birth seven months ago, was haemophilia and lost a lot of blood, immediately after deliver. The bleeding then went on for one and half months. I have on sexual partner. After we have had sex i have been experience pain and sometimes bleeding during sexual intercourse what would be causing this?
