What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

I've had intercourse with only one guy, but we have been doing this for a couple of weeks pretty much every day. Every time I bleed. Could this be a problem with my cervix? I highly doubt, having intercourse with only one partner, that I would have an STD.
