deae mam,iam a female 56 yrs old.i am a sugar patient taking medicine on a regular basis.i had fluid effusion and was hospitalised two yrs back and the fluid was drained by injection.ihad reached the menopause stage about 10yrs back.now i had bleedingvaginal today morning.can you please advise me what i am supposed to do.is it advisable to meet a gynecologist. what are the reasons for this
