What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Duromine?

Hi doctor, I m on my second day of duromine 30mg, I woke up this morning with alittle vaginal bleeding, I still have about a week before my period is due,my period is. Always on time, I ve never had a random bleeding before I ve never been on duromine before ,or such a strong substance as phenteramine, the bleed wa very light bt still a cause of concern for me, as its not mentioned on the side effects list of duromine, yet online forums and other uses seem to have a great number of women, notice such interference in their cycles and have had similar bleeds, is this something serious I should worry about? Also what harm or effect is duromine having on my reproductive system? I m 26 and would lke to have a baby in 2 to 3 Years.I m not on any pills or meds, and am healthy , bt I m way above my BMI

You should know that the female menstrual cycle is extremely sensitive. There can be irregularities in the menstrual cycle due to excessive or sudden weight gain and with sudden weight. Medications, stress, infections, etc; can all contribute to causing menstrual irregularities and possibly wven inter-menstrual bleeding. I would not worry about this too much, but I would although advise careful monitoring of the duration your doctor chooses to keep you on duromine.
