Hello,

I-pill can cause bleeding between periods and sometimes irregular or delayed periods. Your vaginal bleeding is most probably due to I-pill and it may not be due to implantation. As you have taken the pill immediately on the same day, the odds of you being pregnant is almost none. Still if you miss your period the next time, you may take home pregnancy test.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
