What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Ovranette?

I've been taking ovranette for 3 months. On tuesday afternoon, for the first time, I started having very light bleeding (firstly pink and then dark red). I still have to take 1 pill more and my period is due on sunday/monday. I have sex with my boyfriend regularly, and I've been taking the pill exactly as prescribed. Should I worry about that?
