What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking An I-Pill?

Hello I am 19 years old and I had sex in the 14 and 16 of this month .. where by I had an ipill on both the days as we were not sure if the condom was used correctly .. now I am having moderate vaginal bleeding ... is this normal ? Does this ensures no pregnancy?

Hello,

You have taken emergency pill that will definitely give you bleeding. It prevents pregnancy in emergency, so little bit complication is vaginal bleeding. I think if you have properly taken I pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex, then you should not worry about pregnancy. If bleeding persists after 4 days, than kindly consult nearby gynecologist.
