What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Tubal Litigation?

I am 33 yrs old have had three kids have had a tubule ligation 4 years ago I had my period 2 weeks ago and now i am bleeding again like it is my period but there are no cramps or symptoms of a period like i usually have there has been major stresses in my life the last couple of days also could that be a cause and do I have anything to worry about my periods have always been normal when not regulated meaning always on the 28 day cycle.

This seems like bleeding due to ovulation. It could even be your period.
Yes stresses in life can change the regularity of periods.
Having irregular cycles occasionally is acceptable specially in women who have had tubal ligation. You need not worry about it.
If this irregularity continues for three months or so then you see your Gynecologist.
