What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Uterus Removal Operation?

I am 42yrs old.just 1 week ago my operation is done but after some days bleeding is start.doctor suggest me that medicine.my uterous is removed by that operation.because it was bulky in size a small cyst is present in this. Now iwant to know for what reason my bleeding is start again? Plz answr this question

dear friend
you will have to get your self examined by a gynecologist to find the exact cause
there can be no bleeding following removal of uterus.
there can be granuloma formation on top of the vegina or there is some infection which is the cause and it needs to be treated ASAP
