General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Following are the causes of vaginal bleeding during menopause:
1. Endometrial dysplasia
2. Endometrial atrophic
3. Atrophic vaginitis/cervicitis
4. Endometrium cancer
5. Hormonal replacement therapy taking during menopause.
6. PID
Lower back may be due to infection.

For back pain take tablet meftal spas 2 times a day .
Take proper rest.
1. Wash your vagina with this water twice a day for two to three days with warm water
2. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
6. Wear Loose Clothing
7. Also take antibiotic

Finally you have to consult gynecologist tomorrow
Do the following test
Pelvic examination
Endometrial biopsy
Hormonal profile
USG
Hysteroscopy

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
