What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Along With Nausea Post Myomectomy?

after myomectomy still some vaginal bleeding is seen but its occuring only in morning and rest of the day its normal i.e no bleeding. also feeling nausea while walking. i had GA. pl. let me know the cause of bleeding whether its normal or should consult dr.? and what food should i have its just 6 days after mtomectomy?

Since myomectomy is a type of surgery, vaginal bleeding can occur for few days post surgery. However, if bleeding continues for longer duration then you need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
