What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Along With Sore And Discomfort Vagina?

I am having vaginal bleeding but the color is not menstrual bleeding it is a dark red like its dry blood.... My vagina is sore and I am uncomfortable. I do have itching and burning sensation when urination due to a UTI and yeast infection. I am also on birth control called nexplanon. this is my fourth year with it in.

hi, you r having candidiasis along with uti, take oint co trimoxazole vaginal cream twice a day for 1wk , tab ciprofloxacin 500mg twice morning and night after food 4days,tab fluconazole 150mg orally single dose. take plenty of water.. nexplanon is for 3years only . get it removed ,this may cause repeated infections.THANK YOU.
