What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Pressure During Urination?
I have been bleeding a little for 2days, I am 58 yrs Old. I have had a pressure feeling and a little irritation when urinating. When I have the pressure feeling it is uncomfortable when walking? My Obl Gynecologist told Me About 3 months ago that My Cervix has dropped. What do You think might be going on?

Hi, Thanks for asking. At late 50s.. such pressure while urinating might be due to- - infection or inflammation of bladder /bladder stone.. causing bleeding in urine creating false opinion of vaginal bleeding. -uterine prolapse causing pressure on urine passage.. causing inflammation of urethra&stretch on uterusfollowed by inflammation, infection to cause bleeging through vagina while urinating. -possiblity of growth in uterus, cervix causing bleeding while evacuation of bladder. *These are possibilities ..but bleeding through vagina is an adverse sign after menopause/age of 56. You need urgent evaluation of the cause after detailed physicsl examination &investigations followed by specific management. Thanks.
