What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Clotting After Intercourse With PCOS?

Hi, my wife is bleeding most of the time we have intercourse. She was diagnosed of PCOS couple of months back. We are in touch with the gyno, they initially asked us for PAPSMEAR, results were fine. This bleeding is more consistent just after per periods accompanied by clots. Gyno is not saying anything. What would you suggest?
