What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Clotting, Cramping And Sore Breasts?

im not due my period for another week but last night i started bleeding and passed a large blood clot from my vagina and then started to have cramps in my back also i have sore breasts. have i had a chemical pregnancy? and what is the treatment i should receive?
