Hello,
Vaginal bleeding, itching after intercourse are indicative of
pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), or a sexually transmitted infection (STI), such as chlamydia, etc. Other medical conditions with similar symptoms are
vaginal dryness (
atrophic vaginitis) caused by reduced vaginal secretions after the menopause. It may be due to infection or injury to the cervix. Avoid rough sex. Apply vaginal lubricants before sex.
Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get tested for STD and get Pap smear done to rule out chances of malignancy. You will be treated accordingly. To reduce the swelling and inflammation, you can take
Acetaminophen or Combiflam, one stat when needed. You can apply Clotrimazole Vaginal Cream in the areas affected to control
fungal infection, itching and burning in the vagina. Take care of your hygiene, avoid sex for a couple of days.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
