What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pain During Intercourse?

I went in to the doctors about a month and a half ago because I thought I had a yeast infection, they gave me meds, but I never took them because my symptoms went away. I am recently with a new guy and have had sex alot, however the last two times have been very painful and have bled. what's wrong?
