Hello,

First of all, do not panic. If you have a positive urine pregnancy test, and now there is a history of passing clots, there can be a possibility of miscarriage.

I will suggest you get an ultrasound done, it will help to know about the viability of the pregnancy and will be of help to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Please do not waste time, report to your gynecologist at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
