What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pain Under The Rib Cage?

uterine bleeding over a week and a half. pap smear normal, all labs normal, negative pregnancy test. im 24 and weigh 140. they changed my birthcontrol and at first i was fine now im back bleeding again, blood clots and cramps. also a pain under my right rib cage

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Uterine bleeding is common while on birth control.
If no pregnancy, it is due to abnormal menstrual bleeding.

Change your diet and be more physically active.
Check for vaginal infection and treat adequately.

Check your blood count to rule out anemia or problems with blood clotting.
