What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pelvic Pain?

i had a period last week and finished this on thursday however at work started bleeding yesterday, and there is still blood there today. i have been having pains below in the pelvic area and some pains which feel there around the vagina and bowls area. i also sometimes bleed during sex, not alot just a tiny bit, i notice after i have sexual intercourse.
