What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Pain After An Injury?

i had a car accident where someone hit me from the back and a day later my period started which was not suppost to since my last period was 6 days ago. I had 3 days already with my period and i have been experiencing ligh stomach pain, headache and ringing in my ear. could there be something wrong with me ?
