What Causes Vaginal Bleeding At 52 Years Age?

I am 52years old. My present problem is I identified vaginal bleeding one time two days back and after urine release pain the out side of skin.Already periods over.what is the reasion ,my problem? please, send me answer immediatly and suggest concern doctor.
