What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Continuously Despite Taking Tablets?

hello, ive been bleeding for 5 weeks now and the doctors gave me tablets for ten days to stop the blleding but i am still bledding, i rang the out of hourse doctors and they told me to take a pregnancy test but they have cam back negative, but they said thats all it could be. help please x
