General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Vaginal atrophy may cause light bleeding in women in menopause and this is not worrisome.
On the other hand, it is best to have a gynecological visit to make sure this is the cause and rule out other potential causes for the bleeding.

I hope I have answered your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
