hello I am experiencing some symptoms that I am worried about. 1. Vaginal bleeding Pink Bright Red... (just had my period 2 weeks ago so this in un normal for me) 2. Pure liquid Diarrhea 3. fever that has lasted for 72 hours now up an down 101.3 100.1 99.2 99.1 99.3 4. back pain on my lower right side 5. Fatigue 6. Small Nausea 7. 2 days sweating even around AC and Headaches

Hi,
This is typical of a viral diarrhea.
Please send hemogram to look for platelets and thrombocytopenia can explain vaginal bleed. Take paracetamol round the clock.
Also tab. Sporolac twice a day for diarrhea.
Loads of oral fluids and food.
Tab. Oflox twice a day for diarrhea.
