What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During 16th Week Of Pregnancy?
Hello ... so I have a concern I m approximately 16weeks pregnant and the other day after severe coughing I had a gush of red blood and then about a hour later had a fairly large blood clot come out of me ... Then This evening I coughed again and another gushing episode followed by a smaller blood clot no pain or cramps either time... what could this mean?

The pregnancy may still be on track but you need to be seen and assessed as soon as possible.
In addition to physical examination of the pelvis, you would also need an ultrasound scan to take a look inside the uterus.
The cervix would need to be assessed to see if it is closed or open.
