What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During 5 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hello my name is Denise, i am 4 to 5 weeks pregnant, i had bleeding and cramps yesterday and went to my OBGYN but he sent me to get a blood test, today however i did not have any bleeding in the morning at all but later on the day today Ive been having bleeding not a lot and i have no cramps, I am desperate to know if i already had a miscarriage is there any way that you could answer my question please?

Thanks for writing.
Bleeding in early pregnancy is an Indicator of possible threatened abortion or impending abortion.
Though ultrasound confirms it but spotting is quite common.
As far as ur concern regarding abortion.. Only ultrasound can confirm it.
Blood test is Don to measure beta hcg level measures wellbeing of pregnancy.
If its low injection of beta hcg can be given.
Wishing u a healthy pregnancy.
