What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Bowel Movements?

im having a viginal bleeding everytime i pass a stool i seek for a doctor's advice but they told me maybe its just a hemorroids coz im pregnant but im sure to my self that the bleeding is not from my rectal but from my vagina...i have a cadida albicans and under medication right now does it cause a bleeding to me??
