Hello dear I understand your concern Vaginal bleeding could be due to mechanical trauma, vaginal infection, cervicitis, endometrial/cervix dysplasia, polyp in cervix. I would suggest to consult the gynaecologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab test, PAP smear/colposcopy, USG scan to confirm the cause. Specific treatment will depend on the cause Vaginal infection require course of antibiotic in form of suppository/oral Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex Wash vagina with war salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar Avoid rough sex Drink plenty of water, take healthy diet with iron supplements and do regular exercise So consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment according to cause. Hope this may help you
Best regards Dr. Sagar
