What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Unprotected Sex?

I had my cycle on 11/20. I have a 26 day cycle. I have regular unprotected sex with my husband (pull out method). The other night during sex he mentioned after that he noticed that I was bleeding very lightly (pink in color not red) most likely spotting. I did not have any pain and at that point my cycle was 6 days away. Could it just be from the sex or could this have been implantation bleeding? I am now having discharge as if I have a yeast infection still no pain and my cycle is due 12/10. I have been googling different hints. No itching or burning. My lower back hurts and I have been having lower abdominal cramping very mild at night. No pregnancy symptoms either. I am 32 with no children. I have an ovarian cyst and a uterine fibroid. Please help.

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns. Bleeding/spotting you had after having unprotected sex with your husband could be due to hard/dry sex you might have practised. Perhaps you were not wet enough and penetration has caused mild laceration with spotting.

However, there is another part in your medical history: a personal history of uterine fibroid. If you have not consulted gynecologist recently, I'd recommend to start consulting now. Fibroid should be further evaluated and checked by physical examination, PAP smear test, and trans-vaginal ultrasound.
