What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Urination?

My period started a week early... I m never a week early always on time 28 day cycle. I ve been to toilet twice this morning and before I start to urunite I can hear the blood stream down and when I look down its a lot of blood.... Brown/ red blood with out any clots... Never had period like this before only time before was when I had miscairages

Hello,

It can be an early miscarriage and doing a pregnancy test may be useful. Many early abortions ( this early) may happen without even being noticed and don't need further medical attention.
