Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is normal to have bleeding or spotting on first few occasions after intercourse due to the presence of ruptured hymen membranous tissue. The other reason could be due to urethral mucosal injury causing bleeding. Gradually, it should subside and stop by about a week time.

In case the spotting continues, you need to undergo per speculum examination by consulting a gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
