Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Vaginal Bleeding In Between Menstrual Cycles Along With Nausea?
Last couple of months after my first couple of urinates my stomach cramps like contractions for 10 to 15 mins sometimes 20 - 30. Even last month my breast had a white discharge or the month before.. But for sure this month and previous two months before every time my menstrual comes and I start bleeding I get nauseated with no other Pam s symptoms I never had these issues before.
As per my surgical experience, the vaginal bleed in between menses with nausea, white discharge breast indicate major level changes at hormone levels of hypothalamus pitutary axis pathway affecting multiple parameters of body system. A detailed physical examination, hormone levels including progesterone, estrogen and prolactin, GnRH wit supportive radiology as per the clinician choice are best recommended to find out the possible cause and manage accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
