General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Implantation bleeding is around 2 weeks of sex. It can not be on the 3-4th day of sex. so implantation bleeding is out of the question. It is likely to be

-Ovulation bleeding which occurs 14 days prior to the expected date of menses. But that is mostly scanty to moderate bleeding. Which lasts at the most 2-4days.
-So it seems to be due to hormonal imbalance causing irregular periods (PCOD, thyroid or ovarian problems )/cervical polyp/fibroid uterus /malignancy in some cases.

*A detailed physical examination &needful investigations are needed to fond the cause followed by cause-specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
