Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding is common after insertion of intra-uterine contraceptive device (IUD).
However, recurrence of bleeding once the bleeding has stopped is unusual and it is possible that there is some other cause for it rather than IUCD insertion.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment to find out the cause of uterine bleeding.
An ultrasound may be required to look for the exact location of the IUCD.
In case no other cause of uterine bleeding is found out, it may be possible that IUCD is causing the bleeding.
If the bleeding is profuse and troublesome, it may have to be removed.

Thanks and take care
