What Causes Vaginal Bleeding On/off After Having Implant Birth Control Method?

i am a 10 month old mother and a wife aged 24 years old. after i had my baby i opted for the implant birth control method which is now making me bleed on and off and i am fed up and want it out but i dont know which other method to use. i would like one that will make me put on weight (am under weight) and also easy to use. please help me

Hi,

Implant contraceptive is inbuilt with progesterone hormones is an active I gradient. Irregular type of bleeding is one of its side effect which tends to reduce after some time. But in case it's bothersome, you can go for IUD like Cu T which is without hormones and also does not cause weight gain.
