What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post IUD Implant?

I have implanon and have been having irregular bleeding for about four weeks, since receiveing the implant at my six week post birth appointment. What worries me is. I have been discharging blood clots. Occasionally, the clots have white in them as well.

I would suggest you to consult your treating doctor for ultrasound.
if it is normal then your doctor will give you treatment to reduce bleeding.
