General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is due to minor mucosal abrasions and will settle by itself. As of now, you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding. If bleeding persists you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
