What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intake Of I-pill?

i had sex with my girlfriend on 30th june and her period started on 28th june and she has irregular periods bt due to tearing of condom, im not sure if she might get pregnant.she took the pill after 4hrs and today after 6days she had some vaginal bleeding.. so does that mean ipill is working or not?

itcanbe tear of hymen or rough sex tearing of condom runs the risk of pregnancy go for pregnancy test and consult gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.
