What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intake Of Postinor 2?

Hi Please I had medical abortion about 3-4 weeks back and eventually had to do a d&c about 11 days ago had unprotected sex yesterday and he came in me, I took postinor 2 and this morning we tried to have sex again and I figured I was dripping... bleeding What could be the cause? Is it possible that I d get pregnant too?
