What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

Hi, I had unprotected sex 2 days ago, I bled quiet a lot, I was extremely sore the day after, I am on the pill ovreena, I don’t take it at the exact same time every day but I take it between 6pm and 10pm, sometimes I forget and take it the next morning, My period finished 5 days ago and I began my new pack 5 days ago, what are the chances I could become pregenant or have an STI? I also got cramps in my stomach last night.
